By putting clients first and continuously innovating, we''re working together to set the pace for unlocking new possibilities that better serve the property industry.Job Description:As Government Sales Director, you will be:Crafting and executing the strategic sales plan covering all government agencies at federal, state, and local levels, to exceed revenue targets and drive long-term sustainable growth.Experienced at delegating support activities effectively to your customer delivery manager and SME sales support for lower value, transactional clients in the segment.Able to leverage your expansive network and industry acumen to position our solutions as the definitive answer to their needs.Maintaining Cotalitys supplier registration on prequalification schemes and panels across state and federal jurisdictions of government and increasing Cotalitys presence on these panels over time.Representing our exceptional brand across government and delivering exceptional customer service to maintain this.Collaborating cross-functionally across Cotality to develop and deliver dynamic customer strategies tailored to the Government sector.Leading complex deal negotiations within policy guidelines, maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, and identifying opportunities for business improvement.Conducting solution-focused product demonstrations and overseeing the preparation of proposals, tenders, contracts, and account management plans.Monitoring performance against budget, conducting variance analyses, and delivering revised forecasts to ensure financial accountability.Championing a consultative sales approach, ensuring client needs are translated into actionable, data-driven solutions that deliver measurable impact.Job Qualifications:What credentials do you need?10+ years of strategic sales experience with exposure to Government clientsThrive with CotalityAt Cotality, we offer more than just a job, we provide a benefits experience designed to support your whole self.
