You''ll be the expert leading our search, social and programmatic product, fully understanding briefs, contributing to wholistic digital strategies and working with your Managers to build responses and channel strategies..Your Responsibilities:Manage the execution of day to day campaign implementations and optimisations across paid search, social and programmatic - leveraging support of the team where needed.Lead and oversee your team''s product including implementation, quality of outputs, reporting, and day to day invoicing and billingBuild and maintain strong working relationships with the client, agency partners and media partnersCreating optimisation plans to improve campaign health and strategyBusiness development with new and existing clients; including contributing to pitches, proposals, case studies & acting on opportunities as they crop up.Your Expertise:Proven experience in a similar role across digital activation, programmatic, paid search or socialProven experience managing and mentoring a small teamExceptional client management skills and experience in a client facing roleTools experience across Google Ads, Google Display Network, YouTube Advertising, DV360 or SizmekProven ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast-paced environmentA passion for working within digital activation & cross team collaborationWant to be a part of the team?
