$130,000 $160,000 per year + CommissionWere hiring a Head of Sales (ANZ) to lead, coach and scale an awesome sales team.About TapiTapi is a SaaS platform transforming the way property maintenance is managed. But, were just getting started.The Role:Were looking for a Head of Sales, ANZ to lead the charge in building and managing an existing world-class sales team and increasing sales velocity in Australia and New Zealand. This role is about growing revenue, developing people, and building repeatable sales processes.Youll be responsible for coaching and developing our current team of Business Development Managers, bringing structure and clarity to our sales engine, and scaling the team to match our growth ambitions.Youll report directly to the CEO and own the ANZ sales target. The role would ideally be based in Brisbane, however, will consider other locations for the right candidate.What Youll DoLead, coach and mentor a team of Business Development ManagersDrive the ANZ sales plan, pipeline, and revenue performance. With a focus on increasing sales velocity each monthDeliver individual deals alongside your sales team targetCreate scalable sales processes, set up the sales engine, sequences, automations and and performance trackingRecruit and ramp new sales hires as we grow the regionPartner closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to align go-to-market executionOwn the SaaS metrics - ARR (from new sales), New Properties, CAC, CAC Payback. Prioritise and optimise the most effective activities and channels.Help shape new sales initiatives, expansion strategies, and performance incentivesChampion a culture of excellence, delivery and funWho You AreYou''re a builder. You understand how to take a good team and make it great.5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in sales leadershipProven track record of hitting targets and scaling teams in high-growth environmentsMetric driven, loves looking at data, setting up systems and processes to scale sales performanceA hands-on leader wholl get stuck in.
