We are currently seeking a commercially minded and purpose-driven individual to join TIACS in a senior leadership capacity as the Head of Partnerships & Impact. This role isnt about traditional fundraising; its about building meaningful, long-term partnerships with values-aligned businesses that want to be part of something bigger. Role Highlights: Grow Partnerships: Rebuild and strengthen the TIACS Alliance to foster meaningful collaborations that make a real difference and secure key funding to support growth and increased demand for our counselling services. Lead Strategic Engagement: Design and roll out a national plan to connect with high-value partners who share TIACSs vision. Build Trusted Relationships: Nurture strong, genuine connections with C-suite and industry leaders based on trust and shared purpose. Drive Collaboration: Bring together internal teams and external networks to power partner projects that align with TIACSs mission and goals. Ensure Accountability: Oversee partner agreements, ensuring all reporting and compliance happen smoothly and on time. Who You Are: Youve worked in commercial, sales, consulting, or leadership roles (preferably within our target industries). Youre great at bringing people together and getting everyone on the same page. Youre comfortable chatting with CEOs, boards, and senior leaders as well as community members and supporters. Youre driven by purpose but understand the business side of partnerships. You work well on your own but know the value of teamwork.
