The company is led by three Managing Directors, each responsible for different focus areas, overseeing 70 employees in Australia. As Managing Director, you will monitor and control all financial, administrative, legal, HR, and IT issues, leading a team of four colleagues in Finance, HR, and IT. With support from the global Rijk Zwaan head office and crop teams, you will develop business strategies to capitalize on opportunities in the dynamic vegetable seed market in Oceania, ensuring sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a five-year strategic plan, including sales targets, investments, and cost management, in collaboration with co-Managing Directors.Lead the company jointly with two other Managing Directors.Report directly to the Rijk Zwaan board based in the Netherlands.Candidate ProfileWe seek a broad-minded leader with a strong interest in managing all aspects of a company, fostering Rijk Zwaan''s unique culture, managing financial risks, and ensuring legal compliance.
