We provide award winning, person-centered emotional, spiritual and physical care for older Australians to enjoy.Barrington Lodge is a 77 bed Aged Care Centre. Built in 1850, the lodge is rich in history and provides a cosy, comfortable home with mountain and park views. The centre is conveniently located with access to public transport and is only 2 minutes drive to the New Town Plaza and local services.About The RoleAs the Aged Care Centre Manager with The Salvation Army you will be responsible for the operational management of the centre, supported closely by a Clinical Care Manager and a multidisciplinary team of care staff, including RNs, CSEs, Lifestyle, etc.Areas of responsibility include compliance, staff management, financial management, occupancy and AN-ACC elements to support the needs of our residents.
