Someone who can walk respectfully with Elders, advocate with confidence to government and sector partners, and lead an operationally complex organisation through transformation.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation of Tandanyas Strategic Plan across all five strategic pillarsStrengthen organisational sustainability through sound governance and financial stewardshipCollaborate with Elders and cultural leaders to ensure cultural integrity is embedded across all programs and activitiesBuild strategic partnerships with government, community, donors, and cultural institutionsChampion self-determination, workforce development, and leadership within the First Nations cultural sectorAbout You:You are an experienced and collaborative leader with a deep commitment to First Nations culture, community, and values.
