Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content LinkWe are seeking expressions of interest for a Line Manager position in logistics, working in shifts.Starting from 21st July 2025, this is an excellent opportunity to gain cross-functional development and experience in Supply Chain Logistics to support future growth and career opportunities. This role will report to the Factory Supply Chain Manager and is mainly responsible for the following:Job responsibilities:Ensure a safe workplace and undertake all warehousing activities, compliance, permitting, and return to work management.Ensure complete orders, avoiding any quality issues, and ready on time to prevent truck delays.Maintain accurate inventory records through SOP adherence (e.g., FEFO, RF scanning of pallet movements, etc.).Manage and supervise staff.Lead and develop a customer-focused culture.Maintain high NQMS standards and housekeeping standards.Ensure comprehensive training for shifts, close skills/competency gaps, and promote employee engagement.Conduct shift meetings, toolbox talks, shift handovers, and prepare accurate, timely shift reports.The successful candidate should have:Strong computer skills, primarily in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SAP.Ability to coordinate with factory stakeholders.People management skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills.The logistics team will provide the necessary training for successful applicants.You will have the opportunity to work with an outstanding, highly engaged team, and grow your career with an inclusive, global FMCG leader.In addition, we offer:Varied career experiences and personalized development support.Diversity and inclusion initiatives and programs.Competitive remuneration package.Our StoryAt Purina, pets are our passion.
