Join to apply for the Commercial Real Estate Director role at JLLContinue with Google Continue with Google1 month ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Commercial Real Estate Director role at JLLThe Role:The Commercial Real Estate Director is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the transaction and property management for a diverse portfolio of leasehold and freehold propertiesThe Role:The Commercial Real Estate Director is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the transaction and property management for a diverse portfolio of leasehold and freehold propertiesYou will drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of the real estate portfolio and lead a team of property professionals, fostering innovation, and championing best practices across retail, industrial, office and specialty sites nationally.Duties include but are not limited to:Oversight and leadership of the Leasing & Property Management Team (up to 10 Direct Reports) including critical dates compliance, ensuring the delivering of complex leasing matters, general property & portfolio management, and resolving escalated landlord/tenant disputes.Establishing and Managing key client stakeholder relationships across our client, and their wider businessOperations and delivery of all contracted Leasing & Property Management services, ensuring KPIs and budget expectations are metProviding key contributions to the portfolio Property StrategyReviewing and driving cost optimisation initiatives and results, opportunities for continuous improvement, change and efficiency in systems, processes, and scope of servicesProviding ongoing support and training to the Leasing & Property Management team to ensure continued learning and appropriate succession planning, including retaining people for key rolesPresenting to the client periodically, formal portfolio summaries of all costs & attributes inclusive of proposed strategies & cost initiatives to minimise costs and improve operational efficienciesWhat you will bring:You will have extensive experience in Real Estate Transaction Management in a senior leadership role with a proven track record of managing diverse real estate portfolios.Proven micro/macro business & real estate market knowledge, with an established Industry wide professional network is essential as is a practical & program focused approach to managing high work volumesTertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate or equivalent; API and/or RICS affiliation (or similar) preferredYou will have strong financial acumen and superior stakeholder management experience across multiple business lines combining a broad grasp of relevant best practice principles.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential and an innovative mindset with a focus on driving projects and continuous process improvementWhat to expect from us:As an organisation, we dont just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
