The successful candidate will act as a strategic HR consultant to management, developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals. Responsibilities include providing HR advice, managing employee relations, identifying training needs, supporting talent acquisition and retention, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.Additionally, the Partner contributes to the development and implementation of the Fitness for Work and Return-to-Work Program, working with all levels of Council to maintain health, safety, and workers'' compensation compliance.The starting salary is $84,580.30 per annum plus 12% superannuation. For more details, see the Position Description.About YouWe seek candidates with relevant qualifications and extensive experience in Health, Safety, Case Management, or Injury Management. You should be an accredited Return to Work Coordinator in NSW or willing to obtain this, with knowledge of NSW workers'' compensation and WHS legislation.
