We''re looking for a Senior Platform Product Manager to join us and lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality data solutions that power insights, AI features, and innovation across the business.In this role you will drive the platform strategy, scale-up and accelerating innovation, enabling responsible AI adoption, and delivering trusted, compliant, and user-friendly data capabilities.This high-impact role connects strategy with execution, turning the needs of developers, analysts, and AI teams into powerful, scalable, and secure services.Sitting at the crossroads of cloud, data, ML/AI, governance, and UX, youll help mold the next generation of digital product delivery at MYOB.The RoleAs a foundational member of the Data and AI team, this is a unique opportunity toDefine and develop a full suite of Data & AI platform services, spanning core data, analytics, MLOps, AI development, third-party integrations, and governance.Provide "platform as a service" with a focus on strategic alignment and iterative execution with user feedback.Communicate platform vision and value clearly across technical and executive audiences.Enable fast, safe innovation through providing the right infrastructure for exploration.Track and share metrics on platform impact, performance and efficiency.Drive a compliant-by-design approach in partnership with governance, legal, privacy, and security, offering self-service compliance tools.Collaborate with engineers across teams to build scalable and resilient platform services.Promote continuous improvement and innovation to elevate Data & AI outcomes.What Youll BringDemonstrated experience in leading all aspects of public or internal platforms, defining services, leading roadmaps, and coordinating end-to-end delivery and operations.Strong knowledge of data, analytics, ML, GenAI, governance, and quality, with practical application to real-world use cases.Experience applying design thinking and user research techniques to product development.Experienced in leading diverse collaborators and incorporating feedback to inform roadmaps and improve SLOs.Proven ability to partner with technical teams to deliver scalable, user-aligned platform services.Experience leading teams, setting goals, driving execution, and supporting growth.Track record of using market trends and emerging tech to improve products and maintain competitivenessBachelors or Masters degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.Ready to Build the Future?If youre passionate about Data and AI and want to be part of a team thats shaping the future of business technology, wed love to hear from you!Our Culture & BenefitsAt MYOB our values are at the heart of everything we do.
