In this fixed-term 12-month contract, you will play a key role in shaping propositions across key customer segments, leading the development of segment-specific insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations to drive improved customer experience, product performance, and business growth. You will work cross-functionally with data, marketing, digital, distribution, and other product teams to deliver outcomes. Hybrid work is applicable to this position.All about the RoleAs a Senior Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:Driving the development of the customer segmentation strategy, ensuring it supports the banks growth objectives and aligns with customer needs.Understanding the voice of the customer and being aware of and pre-empting the impact of macro, micro, and product landscapes.Identifying opportunities to improve propositions, supported by a deep understanding of products and customers.Leading and executing change in partnership with delivery teams and stakeholders to continuously improve product offerings and processes.Leading regular reporting and insight generation across key customer segments, turning data into actionable strategies.Collaborating with analytics teams to improve segment definitions and measurement frameworks.Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to ensure strategies remain relevant and differentiated.All About You - SkillsetTo succeed in this role, you should have:Previous experience in product, strategy, or customer insights, which is essential for the role.A strong understanding of customer frameworks, journeys, and value propositions is highly desirable.Strong commercial acumen and strategy development skills.Strong analytical skills with confidence in using data to drive insights.Proven problem-solving skills and confidence in making data-driven decisions.Advanced ability to drive outcomes and execute initiatives on a roadmap.A risk mindsetproactively identifying, discussing, and acting on risks.All About You - Experience & EducationRequirements include:7+ years of experience in financial services, with a proven track record of successful projects. Exposure to payments and/or retail banking is preferred.Bachelors degree or equivalent; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.Willingness to be hands-on, from writing Jira stories to leading investigations and running meetings.Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong communication, stakeholder, and influencing skills.Corporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks carry inherent risks.
