Let us know your requirements, and well carefully consider how wemight accommodate them.About the roleAs ourManager, Future Workforce and Talent you will lead the delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives across talent management, workforce planning, and early talent engagement in this strategic focused position that will help shape the workforce of the futureIn this key role, youll collaborate closely with the Future Workforce and Learning & Development Leadership Team to design and embed frameworks that support Alinta Energys evolving workforce needs.
