Join us and share your ideas, be inspired, give back to the community and feel proud to be a part of an organisation doing meaningful work that matters while supporting sustainability, mental health, and well-being.Lets care for tomorrow, so we can create a better future together, for everyone.About The RoleMaintain a consistent delivery of the AAL customer experience within claims underpinned by AAL Claims Experience Principles.Triage inbound new claims and liaise with claimants, repairers, and other internal/external stakeholders to drive timely decision-making and life of claim outcomes.Proactively maintain the Property Assessing allocation inbox with new claims and escalations.Maintain a productive work environment through appropriate planning and workflow management.Monitor and maintain Allianz-specific customer experience portals and supplier-specific platforms.Review and report on trends/issues with Property Assessing portfolio.Maintain supplier invoices and finalize customer settlements.Management of a portfolio of low-value claims.Ensure adherence with best practice claims assessment practices and processes.Provide support of the management of Internal assessing claim portfolio.About YouExperience of working in a customer service role.
