Its a truly unique space designed to provide customers the ultimate pool and outdoor tile experience by showcasing our extensive product range and inviting customers to experience our high-quality pool tiles, pool pavers, and coping firsthand.Were excited to be expanding our Sydney showroom team. Were looking for a Showroom Consultant with exceptional customer service skills and a flair for design to join our business.About the Role:The Showroom Consultant provides showroom customers with a personalised pool design experience. They guide customers through the latest tile trends, offer production information and advice and assist customers in selecting the best match for their outdoor space.This role can be worked part-time role across 4 days per week, or, flexibility can be offered for the role to be worked on a casual basis. While Monday and Saturday shifts are a requirement, on a Saturday the showroom is only open from 9.00am-2.30pm.Responsibilities also include:Process orders and coordinate with internal Dispatch, Warehouse and Sales teams on stock availability and order fulfilment.Build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers.Manage incoming inquiries and requests with promptness and a high level of service to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective and timely resolutions.Update and maintain customer records and sales order details in our SAP CRM system.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures and assist with administrative tasks as needed.About You:Be committed to our Customer Service PhilosophyBe a warm people person who naturally builds rapport and exudes confidenceHave excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenLike working as part of a close-knit teamEnjoy assisting customers to make the right choices for themHave some administration skills and an eye for detail and accuracyBe solutions driven with good time management and problem-solving skillsInterior design or renovation experience advantageous, but not essential as full training will be providedWhy Join Us?We embrace a collaborative and consultative working environment that encourages staff to take ownership of their work and make a difference, in return we offer:Fantastic renumeration:Competitive rates based on experience and an annual performance reviewGreat Work Environment:Team orientated environment, values driven business, people first company, family owned and run business, quarterly peer-based awardLocation:Free onsite parking, good proximity to Flemington Station and regular staff events and functionsAbout Us:The Pool Tile Companyis Australias leading supplier of pool and outdoor tiles, proudly100% Australian ownedand employing over 100 dedicated staff across Australia.
