In this role, youll provide professional advice and services, while collaborating with academic and specialist colleagues to ensure students succeed in their studies.Please note, this is predominantly an inbound call centre role aligned to our online campus.Be part of a close-knit team dedicated to delivering exceptional support and guidance.Key Responsibilities:Respond to student enquiries across various service channels.Proactively engage with students via inbound/outbound calls, web chat, emails, and other platforms.Complete administrative tasks and data entry accurately.Assist with re-enrolments and provide course sequence advice.Liaise with academic and specialist staff to ensure students are properly supported.Apply policies and procedures to provide accurate, timely advice.QualificationsIn addition to a student-first approach, it is essential you can demonstrate:Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in an inbound call centre settingExcellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all administrative activitiesDemonstrated computer literacy including advanced MS Office suite and ideally student records softwareAbility to work as part of a team and in a way that is flexible and adaptableAvailability during core business hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday to work onsite, at the Brisbane CBD campusAdditional InformationACAP focuses on shared values and strengths across our teams, you will work together with others committed to transforming lives through education in a purpose-driven, engaging, and supportive team environment.At ACAP our employee perks and benefits include:Unlimited global career opportunities across the Navitas portfolioSalary packaging and novated leasing2 paid volunteer days per year for your passionate causesUp to 75% scholarships are available to staff enrolled in ACAP coursesHealth & well-being packages including free counselling and well-being specialist support for employees and family membersDiscounted gym memberships, private health insurance, movie tickets, travel, hotels, insurance and selected retailersAccess to LinkedIn Learning and professional development opportunitiesDiversity Equity and Inclusion:ACAP, as part of Navitas, promotes and embraces an inclusive and diverse workforce.
