Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content LinkWe currently have an opportunity for two Temporary Production Operators on Day Shift at our Nestle Broadford Factory.Responsibilities include maintaining product quality, achieving production targets and maintaining a high standard of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).Main duties of the position:Participate in safety programs including Shift Risk Prediction/Take 5, Workplace Safety Inspections, defect tagging and key standard routinesFollow workplace quality assurance procedures and techniquesComplete standard practices/procedures of an operatorShare learnings and adopt procedural improvements to reduce/eliminate line lossComplete SAP transactions / Digitial Manufacturing Operations administration as requiredUndertake improvement activities in the workplace as requiredMaintain a clean and hygienic work areaOther duties as required by the Line ManagerThe following qualities are considered desirable for this role:Work safely and within the guidelines of site work instructionsTime management skills & the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision- flexibility to work overtime as requiredEffective problem-solving skillsExperience working in a team environment to meet the production scheduleAttention to detail and data entry accuracyBasic knowledge of the use of email and ability to enter dataAs per the companys policy on multi skilling, obtaining this position does not restrict or exclude the successful applicant from operating or being trained on other machinery as requested.Applications close Friday 28 June2025.
