Depending on the needs of the team and the firm, there may be opportunities for additional overtime.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for:Providing a high standard of food and beverage service and setting for events/meetings in a prompt, professional and friendly manner. This includes a variety of services including coffee service, breakfasts, lunches, cocktail parties, dinners and other VIP functionsWorking the occasional morning or evening functionsResponsible for meeting rooms to be ready for serviceThe opening or closing of the client floor, ensuring all is complete for operationsCover reception responsibilities if requiredOther tasks as requested by the Catering Manager or SupervisorSkills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will have:Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)1-2 years'' experience in a hospitality environment (boardroom experience highly desirable)Excellent customer service skillsA high level of organisational skillsExperience as a barista or very good coffee skillsImpeccable grooming standardsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work unsupervisedFlexible in working hours when requiredKnowledge of table setting, especially in a fine dining environment (highly desirable)How to Apply?We prefer to work directly with candidates, if you are interested in this role, please click the Apply button or contact the consultant, details below, for more information.
