The Dining Room is reminiscent of a luxurious harbour side residence, bathed in natural light, in the ideal location with magical views of Sydney Harbour, Circular Quay and the iconic Sydney Opera House.We are looking for people to deliver our high level of customer service and have a kind nature.About the Role;Waiter is responsible for serving food and beverage services, whilst provide a friendly service in order to maximise guest satisfaction, consistent with Hyatt International Standards. This can be achieved by being experienced and knowledgeable in fine dining and engaging our guests during their visit, providing a personal, attentive service to our guests in a professional, polite and courteous mannerYou will also require to understand and explain menu content, menu changes and promotional activities and keep tables and dining areas clean, tidy, and well prepared for service and set for new dinersThis is on a rotating roster. Major shifts will be lunch and dinner service.QualificationsExperience within a Food & Beverage environment of a similar standardTeam players, proactive in their duties who strive for career progressionA genuine passion and a keen interest in the hospitality industryGreat communication skills with a strong work ethicGood knowledge of wines and other beveragesWell-presented and professionalCurrent NSW RSA CertificateThis is your chance to work with exclusive clientele at a luxury hotel like no other.
