For more than 25 years, we have been designing, developing, integrating and supporting complex audiovisual solutions and businesses rely on us to deliver consistently secure and flexible meeting experiences.We now have a new opportunity for proven audio visual technicians / engineer to join our high-profile client site, which has a dynamic team and a highly collaborative working environment.The role of the AV Technician is to provide technical support for local and virtual events in all of our clients event spaces; with responsibilities for operating specific event technology as well as providing webcasts, video conferencing, and show-calling services.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate customer-provided infrastructure, equipment, and applications in designated live event and meeting roomsEnsure operational availability of assigned event spaces through regular equipment checksPerform L1/L2 incident managementEscalate to the technical manager for L3 incident management when necessaryCollaborate globally with other locations and colleagues to deliver the desired live eventsEnsure all configuration management data is entered into the customers preferred toolsAct as a show-caller when requiredCustomer management build and maintain client relationshipsParticipate in incident and problem management activitiesEvent management work with maintenance teams to ensure event spaces are maintained to the highest standard, and collaborate with building management to provide a professional service to clientsSkills and experience:Technical understanding of digital and analogue audio and video signal processing standards and protocolsFamiliarity with audiovisual engineering disciplines associated with complex environments such as auditoriums, meeting rooms, and flexible presentation spacesIndustry experience in areas related to live event productionKnowledge of Zoom and TeamsInfocomm CTS certification preferred but not requiredIf you are selected for interview, and need any reasonable adjustments made for your interview, please let the Talent Acquisition team know, at the point of scheduling.If you do require details of the vacancy or the application process in an alternative format, please email jobs@kinly.com outlining your requirements.About KinlyKinly is the globally trusted AV and UCC technology advisor to world-class organisations.
