Work at one of the largest and most successful venues in WesternSydneyOngoing opportunities fortraining and development to help growyourcareer within the hospitality industry.Working within a team who has a passion for providing the best customer service experience to our members and guests across 3 venues.Above award ratesWe are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a permanent part-time Gaming Customer Service role.This position offers up to 37 hours per week, with shifts predominantly running from 7:45 PM to 4:15 AM.About the Role....In this All-Rounder role, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgroundsAssisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requestsProviding Drinks Service, fixing machine errors and maintaining the gaming floorWorking in our Housekeeping, Bar and Gaming Area, including TAB and KenoDelivery of great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently; andMaintaining cleanliness of our service areas.Requirements:Must be willing to work in smoking areas whilst wearing a face maskPrevious customer service experience is essentialCurrent RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification is essentialBar and gaming service experience is preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time; andExcellent interpersonal skills.About Us....By any measure, the story of Workers Lifestyle Groupis a proud record of achievement.
