Your role involves conducting assessments, developing behavioural support plans, assisting with plan implementation, and supervising other practitioners. The work is grounded in the principles of Multi-Element Behaviour Support (MEBS) and Positive Behaviour Support across various settings such as home, community, and workplace.What You''ll DoMake positive and meaningful changes in the lives of others by developing and maintaining relationships.Provide direct behavioural interventions in individual and group settings.Develop Functional Behavioural Assessments and Behaviour Analysis Support Plans.Support and train colleagues, caregivers, and support workers in clinical techniques.Collaborate with professionals including doctors, psychiatrists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to develop and implement client goals.Ensure compliance with legislative requirements for timely and accurate reporting and documentation.Complete introductory IABA training in Non-Linear Multi-element Positive Behaviour Support.Skills and Experiences:Bachelor''s degree and/or postgraduate qualifications related to Positive Behaviour Support.Possession or ability to obtain an NDIS Practitioner ID, NDIS Workers Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.Proven experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Behaviour Analyst, or Behaviour Therapist.Ability to prepare comprehensive reports with high-level verbal and written communication skills.Effective time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver''s license and access to a vehicle.Willingness to make a positive impact on the lives of people and families supported.Working at CPBSJoin the award-winning CPBS team, recognized as the Most Outstanding Positive Behaviour Support Provider Worldwide.
