The service delivery model is through a kiosk.These are part-time positions with rotating rosters covering Monday to Sunday (24 hours per week).You will be available to work weekends, but you will not be expected to work every weekend.You will report directly to the Store Manager.Key Responsibilities:As we open brand-new, first-ever concept stores of this kind in Australia, we welcome applications for Sales and Customer Service Assistants.You will provide customers with an exceptional experience by:Being approachable and positive, communicating product knowledge and information across the service offering.Working as part of a team to achieve sales targets.Acting as a passionate brand ambassador for Tresure.Contributing to a work environment that fosters collaboration and accountability.About You:You will be passionate about retail sales and enjoy providing customers with an authentic and memorable experience.Candidates should have previous experience in a similar retail sales role.Experience selling technologies or technical products such as smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, and MacBooks would be highly regarded.Your natural style will be friendly and welcoming, with the ability to understand customer needs.You should have a proactive approach, with the ability to negotiate and solve problems in a client-centered manner.High interpersonal skills and effective communication with individuals and groups from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds are essential.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.Ability to use point-of-sale systems is necessary.We offer a supportive workplace culture, career progression opportunities (we value promoting from within), and a competitive salary.
