Senior Legal Officer, Legal and Native Title (ORIC)Add expected salary to your profile for insightsIn the role of Senior Legal Officer, you will work with the Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations (ORIC)''s General Counsel in providing legal advice and related services to the Registrar of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporations and ORICs business units.Your day will entail variety - working with some of the largest and most impactful Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporations, small start-up corporations, and those requiring assistance, to realise their aspirations. This role is for those that can see the value their role plays in strong and successful Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporations that are making positive impacts for Indigenous Australians.You will advise on regulatory processes and manage litigation including briefing external legal service providers for this purpose.
