Reporting directly to the Supporter Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for:Supporting the delivery of targeted acquisition campaigns across digital and community channels to increase supporter engagement.Coordinating campaign logistics including creative briefings, timeline management, and campaign delivery.Analysing and reporting on campaign performance, using data insights to drive improvements and reduce acquisition costs.Managing and tracking fundraising budgets, including income, expenses, and accurate financial reporting.Leveraging fundraising platforms such as Funraisin and Grassrootz to support active and third-party events.Building relationships with new communities and organisational partners to expand fundraising reach.Collaborating on supporter journey activities to ensure new donors are welcomed and retained effectively.Assisting in the delivery of high-quality fundraising events, providing logistics and volunteer support.What is in it for you?Salary benefits:We offer all employees the opportunity to salary package up to $15,900 each year for living expenses and up to $2,650 each year for meal and entertainment benefits.Leave allowances:In addition to your annual leave allowance, you will receive one day paid birthday leave, paid days off during our end of year closure period (if these days fall within your regular working schedule), up to six weeks parental leave and 17.5% annual leave loading.Work/life balance:Flexible, hybrid work arrangements.Employee benefits:Access to discounts and savings at over 450 retailers across Australia.
