Competition Administrator (Hybrid, Full Time or Part Time)Competition Administrator (Hybrid, Full Time or Part Time)Football South CoastFull Time, Part Time16 Jul 2025DescriptionFootball South Coast (FSC), based in the Illawarra, has close to 15,000 registered players and is currently seeking a Competition Administrator to assist with the management of FSC competitions and the overall administration of football.This role requires a strong focus and emphasis on the administrative excellence required by the organisation, which includes the administration and co-ordination of FSC competitions.Primary Accountabilities and DutiesAssist with the management and administration of FSC competitions including the registrations, fixturing, results and ensuring adherence to competition and other regulationsCoordinate club/team application and administration for FSC CompetitionsRelationship Manager to relevant FSC Clubs and memberCoordinate the administrative aspects of disciplinary issues and liaising with the Disciplinary CommitteeEvents management for key events such as functions and finalsAssist with policy review and developmentCompliance with all FSC Corporate and staff policies and procedures.Attend relevant FSC club and council meetings and fixtures as requiredEnsure close liaison with other competitions across FSC to ensure streamlined processesQualificationsRelevant tertiary qualifications in sports administration or business management are preferredDesired CompetenciesDemonstrated experience in sporting administration with a keen interest in football and knowledge of local competitionsAble to manage and prioritise tasks over a wide range of functions and responsibilitiesAbility to build and manage relationships with members of the football communityDemonstrated experience in negotiating and managing a diverse range of customersWillingness to work weekends and non-traditional hours as requiredExcellent presentation and communication skillsStrong understanding of all Microsoft Office suite productsExcellent written and oral communication skillsProven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines of competing prioritiesIf you are passionate about football and interested in joining a supportive team located at the coalface of grassroots football, please submit your resume and letter of application outlining your qualifications, experience, preferences for Full Time or Part Time employment and the ability to demonstrate each of the desired competencies as outlined above to admin@footballsouthcoast.com .Improve your chances at getting this job #J-18808-Ljbffr
