This role is a 12-month contract based in the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone, at the site of the largest wind farm under development in NSW, located in Wellington.The Project Administrator is responsible for supporting the efficient delivery of this major construction project through effective documentation management, stakeholder coordination and general site office support to streamline day-to-day operations.As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate the following:Strong administrative support and office management for a project site team.Effective communication and support coordination between internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers.Coordination, management and allocation of rental accommodation for all FIFO and DIDO employees.Management of a large volume of rental housing, coordinating maintenance and issues in a prompt manner, driving effective interaction with agents.Supporting project cost control by maintaining accurate spending registers.Raise or review purchase orders, verify goods receipting and seek authorisation.Assistance with other site ad hoc administration tasks such as timesheet compilation and data entry.What do you bring?In addition to the above, we require an individual with;Demonstrated experience and knowledge of project administration within the construction industry.Able to work to work on a fly-in/fly-out basis with an industry-standard work cycle on a DIDO or FIFO on a 21:7 roster or DIDO 5.5 roster.Sound commercial acumen in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Intermediate knowledge of MS Office & Sharepoint; Excel, Word, Powerpoint.Stakeholder management; working collaboratively and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate deliverables.Commitment to our values of Integrity, Teamwork and Strive to be Better.Whats in it for you?AtNacap, were not just another construction company.
