Your Direct Team is responsible for ensuring prompt and accurate invoicing to our key Customer, in addition to scheduling in Field maintenance programs for our largest Customers .The OpportunityLocation: NSW Office: NorthmeadPermanentFull timeWork Roster 40 Hours, Mon-FriNo weekend work, no on call workStart and finish time - flexible but early morning starts preferredTravel overnight or regional - 1 or 2 nights per monthIncludesIpadTool of trade vehicleMobile phoneAbout the RoleReporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead our Quality Calibration initiatives throughout McDonalds sites across New South Wales . Key responsibilities will see you providing Quality Calibration services to McDonalds restaurants on a day-to-day basis, implementing McDonalds projects, providing feedback on quality issues, data integrity and any invoicing with relation to their equipment and quality results. This exciting role requires a candidate with a passion for customer service, willingness to develop a strong knowledge of cold drink equipment and a high attention to accuracy.The key elements to this role include:Safety First- Always keeping yourself, your colleagues, our customers, and our consumers safe.Customer Focus- Providing the best possible customer service.Quality- Providing quality service by ensuring equipment is repaired on the first visit.
