Your primary responsibilities will include delivering engaging course material, thoughtfully assessing student performance, and overseeing enrolments in selected courses within the School.You will actively participate in the continuous enhancement of course content, innovating delivery methodsincluding online platformsand refining assessment strategies to ensure they resonate with learners. Collaborating with external organizations, industry groups, and RMIT staff, you will forge valuable connections that enrich the educational experience.To maintain your vocational expertise at the forefront of the field, you will engage in relevant professional development activities, ensuring that the education you provide consistently meets or exceeds the highest standards. Your role will not only inspire students but also contribute to the advancement of human biology education.To Be Successful In This Position, Youll HaveEffective interpersonal and communication skills relevant to teaching and consultancy environments.
