Join our Customer Support Team as a Call Centre Agent and make a meaningful impact! In this highly fulfilling role, you will:Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and emailOffer empathetic support and guidance during phone interactionsUtilise First Call Resolution to ensure our customers receive outstanding serviceThis role is a fantastic opportunity to work Full Time with a unique 4-day work week. Your hours will be 7:30am-5:30pm with a Rostered Day Off on Wednesday OR Thursday, your RDO will be confirmed after onboarding.To help you get started, youll initially work 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri for a 1-month training period at our Newington office. Once youre up to speed, youll transition to our 4 day work week with the opportunity to WFH 2 days a week.About YouWe are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for customer service and a love for helping people.
