You will ensure a high standard of service and bar operations.The Ideal Candidate Must Have:Demonstrated experience as a Supervisor in a high energy dining environmentExceptional service skills and guest focusHighly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periodsProven ability in building effective relationshipsOrganisational and time management skillsExperience using a time & attendance system, H&L or similarExceptional communication and presentationAvailable and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shiftsMust possess a valid RSA certificateWorking with Lucas Restaurants:We exist to see our team succeed.
