Our Injury Management department helps employers navigate claims across all States and Territories, including early intervention return to work expertise and injury management support.We are seeking a high calibre individual to join our Injury Management team on a .6 FTE basis. Candidates who reside outside the Perth metropolitan area are encouraged to apply as the option exists to work remotely.Reporting to the Team Leader Injury Management, the successful applicant will find themselves in a varied role that provides:Administration and claims support to the team.Assistance with obtaining and preparing claims data to assist with policy renewal, client meetings, and trend and risk analysis.Support to Account Managers with the scheduling of meetings and team training.Preparation of monthly billing data for the Injury Management and Return to Work Services teams.Maintenance of the Injury Management database, document templates, policies and procedures.Monitoring of workers compensation claims at the end of their lifecycle to ensure prompt finalisation.Involvement with ad-hoc projects as required.Close collaboration with those within and outside the Injury Management team.About YouWhile insurance experience would be preferred, youre looking for a unique opportunity to grow your career in a people focused service industry.
