Were looking for an experienced and passionate Occupational Therapist to support our participants to build functional capacity, engage meaningfully in everyday life, and achieve their NDIS goals.$100-130 per hourContractor PositionKey Responsibilities:Deliver strengths-based, evidence-informed Occupational Therapy services in line with participants'' NDIS goalsConduct functional assessments across ADLs, sensory, cognitive, psychosocial, and motor domainsDevelop high-quality Functional Capacity Assessments and intervention reportsPrescribe assistive technology and support home modificationsSupport participants to build independent living skills and increase community participationWork across a range of settings including home, school, community, and telehealthCollaborate effectively with families, support coordinators, behaviour support practitioners, and other allied health professionalsProvide education and capacity-building to participants, families, and support staffMaintain accurate and timely documentation in line with NDIS Practice StandardsContribute to service quality, clinical reviews, and ongoing continuous improvementWhat We Are Looking For:Tertiary qualification in Occupational TherapyCurrent AHPRA registrationMinimum 1 year experience in disability or community-based OT (NDIS experience highly regarded)Strong understanding of the NDIS, functional assessments, and capacity buildingCommitment to trauma-informed, person-centered, and neuro-affirming practiceExcellent written communication and time management skillsAbility to work independently and manage a caseloadWWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Police CheckValid drivers licenseWhy Join Us:Be part of a compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming teamFlexible hours and hybrid/remote work optionsClinical supervision, mentoring, and ongoing CPD opportunitiesWork that aligns with your values and purposeCompetitive pay and supportive, collaborative cultureOpportunities to work alongside experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners and Allied Health professionalsThis position is offered on a subcontractor basis.
