Bopp & Tone, one of Sydneys most iconic venues, is on the lookout for a confident and capable Events Coordinator to join our passionate team at Applejack Hospitality.A Bit About The Role...Youll be working alongside the Events Manager, coordinating a wide range of events and ensuring every touchpoint (enquiry, planning, execution, and follow-up) meets the high standards of the Bopp & Tone brand. Youll play a key role in driving revenue, building relationships, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.Support the Events Manager across the entire event lifecycleManage all event enquiries and bookings through iVvy & SevenRoomsConduct regular site inspections and maintain professional client communicationCoordinate and manage events in person, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and guestsWork with venue teams to improve event offerings and executionLiaise with the Marketing Team for content collection, social media activity, and brand alignmentFull time position.
