In this role, youll be the voice of Steel Blue, helping our customers with orders and enquiries while making sure they always receive the best experience possible.Youll be responsible for:Answering customer calls promptly and professionallyProcessing incoming orders accurately and efficientlyProviding updates on deliveries, pricing, and product infoLiaising with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and fulfilmentMaintaining customer records and assisting with sales reportingPromoting Steel Blue products with confidence and accuracyThis is a part-time Monday to Friday position,requiring a 4:00pm finish each day.
