Chic rooms and suites embrace the iconic attractions just steps away, while the award-winning restaurant and street front bar are destinations unto themselves.About the Role of Grain Bar Manager:Reporting to the Director of Outlets,this role oversees the smooth operation of the Grain Bar, ensuring our guests have a memorable and flawless experience.To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will have a solid track record in high qualityvenues and bars,a passion for delivering a memorable experience anda hunger for delivering results, by cultivating a team culture that is fun, performance driven and constantly looking to evolve.What you will do:Maintain a strong operational presence to ensure service standards and the guest experience remain at an optimumProvide leadership, development, support, coaching and constructive feedback for the teamCultivate a culture that encourages people to connect and thrive, allowing people space to be themselves, whilst aligning the teamwith Food & Beverage Division goalsDrive performance, by setting metrics and benchmarks, identifying ways to improve how we do things and leading the way with industry trendsBe proactively involved with the recruitment, selection and retention efforts in order to ensure that top talent are sought, confirmed and retainedDevelop strong relationships across the hotel, industry and with key suppliers, ensuring solid partnershipswith those who will contribute to the success of Grain BarClosely managing labour and operating expenses through effective scheduling,purchasing decisions, stock control and quarterly stock takeBe actively involved in innovative menu curation for new menu launches and bar promotionsAchieve revenue and profit targets, participate in drafting and implementation of the marketing plan, drive up selling programsInspect and ensure the work area is in good condition at all times and up to date with PWT requirementsSupport team members to take part in cocktail competitions to enhance their growth and exposureWhat you will bring:A minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership position in a high end/upmarket bar environmentBe a master of your craft with strong product knowledge and creative flairProven leadership qualitiesExcellent communication skills and the ability to connect with all stakeholdersA passion to provide an outstanding guest experienceOutstanding organisational and time management skillsA current NSW RSA certificateMust be able to work evenings including weekendsWhat we offer:Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits packageExcellent Training and Development opportunitiesComplimentary Accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and ResortComplimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee UniformsComplimentary Employee MealsIf you feel this is the role for you we would love to hear from you!Remuneration for this role is approximately $87,000 gross per annum plus incentive program, super and benefits.We make it a point to take the time to review each resume carefully to select those that are a match with the preferred qualifications for the job.
