View our application guide for information on how to respond to criteria and improve your application .Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Relevant post graduate qualifications or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.Demonstrated senior nursing experience with experience in leading staff and managing services in a relevant setting.Proven ability to ensure the human, physical and financial resources of the service/facility are managed to provide safe, compassionate, quality care that is culturally responsiveDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needsDemonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and manage conflicts and performance issues when they ariseDemonstrated evidence of the use of critical thinking to set goals, formulate plans and policies to achieve identified outcomesDemonstrated understanding and participation in the implementation of organisational change, risk management, work health and safety and quality improvement in the workplace.Salary PackagingSouth Western Sydney Local Health District employees are able to enjoy the benefits of salary packing.
