You will work with clients under theNSW Motor Accident, Workers Compensation schemes, NDIS, and private sector. This role is ideal for a therapist who thrives in an autonomous yet collaborative environment and is passionate about enabling people to live independently and meaningfully.Key Responsibilities:Deliver client-centred occupational therapy in home and community settingsConduct comprehensive functional assessments and therapy interventionsProvide high-quality independent assessments and reportsAssess, prescribe, and script assistive technology and home modificationsLiaise with families, support coordinators, case managers, and other stakeholdersMentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of clinical excellenceIdentify and improve areas of service deliveryOur Commitment to Safety:We take the safety of our team seriously.
