The key focus of this role is to provide leadership to a diverse team of driven sales consultants based in our beautiful display homes located around Adelaide and our in-house team at Head Office at Keswick. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to drive sales performance and customer service excellence with the aim of achieving sales targets and business objectives. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:Meeting with individual team members to improve capability and performanceEnsuring that sales targets and objectives are achievedIdentify new sales opportunities and prospectsEngage with customers to ensure success in all aspects of their new home build journeyPlanning daily, weekly, and monthly sales activityFocus on continuous improvement and identify ways to improve the sales process and customer experience including quotations through to close and beyondDeveloping growth strategies and providing input into new product developmentSupporting the development of marketing initiativesAbout YouYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will:A strong sales leadership track record and experience managing sales teamsDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop a strong culture of performance, integrity, and customer serviceThe ability to collaborate cross functionally and build relationships with key industry stakeholdersBusiness acumen and experience reporting on sales results and performance metricsThe ability to drive efficiencies in systems and processes to improve resultsDemonstrated sales success ideally in the building industry, real estate, property, Development or related industryWe are keen to improve female (and other marginalised groups) representation in our workplaces.
