Kalgoorlie residential is preferred, however FIFO arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at the Operations Centre in Kalgoorlie and take the next step in your administrative career and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.Heres what awaits you:7:7 Roster (12-hour shifts) enjoy a true work/life balanceOpen to FIFO Administrators / Residential PreferredConvenient Location potentially 5 minutes from homeHands-On Role provide critical support to our Operations CentreLeadership Opportunity lead and mentor the NSMS Administration TeamTo thrive in this role, youll need:Experience:Minimum 24 months administration experience (Senior Site Admin, Admin Coordinator)Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with PRONTO, INX and SAP systemsQualifications:Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (highly regarded)Current Australian ''C'' Class Drivers LicencePersonal Attributes:Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skillsThrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask under pressureDemonstrated ability to lead, prioritise tasks and work autonomouslyIf youre ready to bring your skills to a dynamic team and grow your career with NSMS, wed love to hear from you.
