Youll proactively engage decision-makers from top companies across Australia and New Zealand to sell delegate passes and boost event participation.Reporting to our Sales Director, this is a permanent full-time opportunity with hybrid working available.If you''re a confident communicator with a hunger for results and a passion for connecting people to industry-shaping experiencesthis is your chance to thrive.ResponsibilitiesDrive Delegate Sales Sell delegate passes to targeted senior decision-makers across multiple events.Lead Generation & Prospecting Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage new prospects.CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records and track progress through our CRM system.Market Insight Stay across key industry trends to tailor your approach and add value to conversations.Pipeline Activity Meet daily outreach targets through calls, emails, and follow-ups.Requirements23 years'' experience in a sales role, ideally within the events, conferences, or exhibitions sector.Comfortable with cold calling, and confident in building rapport and overcoming objections.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Degree-qualified or equivalent work experience.Energetic, driven, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.Bonus points for experience selling B2B or within the corporate training, professional services, or media sectors.Work in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
