This position reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the survey business, including the direction, coordination and safety of survey staff.Your New RoleAs a Survey Manager at Woolpert, you will:Manage client relationships and expectations to ensure successful survey project delivery.Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of survey projects, including budgeting, technical design, and subcontractor management.Collaborate with account management, business development, and operations teams to develop and implement best practice technical solutions.Supervise and mentor survey personnel, including performance management, skills assessments, and professional development.ResponsibilitiesOur BenefitsCertified as a Great Place to Work, Woolpert is one of the fastest growing architecture, engineering, and geospatial (AEG) companies in the world.
