Youll play a key role in driving new business acquisition through innovative and cost-efficient media strategies. This role offers the chance to work closely with internal and external stakeholders, manage end-to-end campaigns, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital media approach. Youll also ensure compliance with marketing regulations and help shape the future of digital media within the wealth financial sector.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations and performance of paid search accounts across MLC, Plum, and IOOF brands.Develop, implement and optimise paid digital media strategies to drive acquisition growth.Partner with internal teams and external agencies to align media strategies with broader marketing campaigns.Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover insights and identify new media opportunities.Oversee end-to-end campaign execution including setup, optimisation and performance analysis.Track, forecast and report on media investment and campaign performance.Embed a test-and-learn approach to continuously refine media strategies.Manage budgets, financial forecasting and marketing risk in line with company policies and governance frameworks.Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes.What you will bring:Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field5+ years experience in digital media trading, either agency or client-sideProven expertise in Display, Video, SEM and Social media tradingGoogle qualified with experience in Search Ads 360 bid managementProficiency in trading platforms such as Google Marketing Platform and AdWordsSkilled in third-party tracking and ad serving technologiesExperience with analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Adobe AnalyticsAbility to work independently and manage projects confidentlyExcellent communication and presentation skillsApplicants will be required to provide evidence of their eligibility to work in Australia, and at a minimum be required to undertake police and basic credit checks as a condition of employment.Please note that applications from agencies will not be considered at this time.We acknowledge and celebrate the richness that individual differences bring to our team.
