Proudly female-owned and led, our owner-operator is on-site every day, fostering a culture of love, creativity and genuine community that has drawn strong enrolments since opening in January 2025.We are now recruiting two vital leadership rolesa Diploma-qualified Room Leader and a stand-alone Educational Leaderto guide our growing team and ensure our philosophy is lived out beautifully every single day.Positions Purpose:You will guide a small team of educators, curate inspiring learning environments and model exemplary practice that delights children and families alike.2. Educational Leader (stand-alone role)As Educational Leader you will drive our centre-wide curriculum, coach educators in deep reflective practice and embed Exceeding-level quality that is evident in daily interactionsnot merely recorded for assessment.Key responsibilities (both roles)Lead planning, documentation and critical reflection in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.Build warm, professional partnerships with children, families and colleagues.Mentor educators (including trainees) and cultivate a growth-minded culture.Ensure practice meets the Education & Care Services National Regulations and Everwood policies.Contribute ideas to centre projects such as sustainability initiatives and community events.What youll bringDiploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).Current Working with Children Check, First-Aid/CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.At least 12 months experience in a lead or senior educator position.Warm leadership style, clear communication and a commitment to continuous improvement.Salary & benefitsRoom Leader: A$66 000 A$82 000 + 12 % superannuation (aligned to Childrens Services Award Level 4.1 and above-award for proven expertise).Educational Leader: total package typically A$70 000 A$90 000 + super, including the Educational Leader allowance (A$4 567.31 p.a. for full-time) as per the Award.95 % staff discount on out-of-pocket childcare fees for your own children.Funded professional development and paid team-meeting time.Brand-new resources and a voice in future acquisitions.Fresh, nutritious meals prepared daily by our qualified cheffree for all team members.If this sounds like you and, please apply :)How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
