Or, do you have specific immigration law experience of 1-2 years you would like to build on?GraduateYou will provide high-level support within our team of migration lawyers, and to our corporate and individual clients. This support will include preparing and reviewing visa applications to ensure they meet all legal and other requirements, drafting legal documents and client correspondence, day to day liaison with the client, assisting in client interviews, performing research tasks, assisting in preparing legal submissions, running reports, filing, emailing, photocopying, scanning and uploading documents, and other general administration tasks as required. Under supervision, you will have ownership of a caseload and be expected to proactively manage workflows.LawyerYou will demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Australian immigration law, regulations and policy, and ability to work on and support more senior members of the team on highly technical immigration matters such as labour agreements, compliance audits, legal advisory / consulting work and work verification services.Qualifications And ExperienceYou will be a team player, possess superior written and oral communication skills, be highly organised to plan and manage high volumes of work in a busy environment and integrate easily and work cooperatively in a busy, but fun, team environment.The successful Lawyer candidate will be a legal practitioner in Australia and ideally comes with at 1-3 years immigration experience.
