Supporting the office function by answering and directing calls, greeting clients, ordering office supplies, and booking events/functions.You will provide support to the Operations Manager regarding all aspects of WHS and operational policies.CommercialYou will be required to engage with clients on our social media and digital platforms. This would entail providing information, conversing and promoting our events.This role is responsible for managing the raceday hospitality bookings. You will work closely with the Events and Commercial teams to convey booking progress and manage event ticketing.RacedayOn racedays, this role will provide assistance in the race day office and other operations, which includes managing the ticketing process, assisting with merchandise sales, and serving as a point of contact for queries.MembershipAs the first point of contact for our members, you will contribute to the overall membership strategy and retention through active involvement in the renewal and new member sign-up process.This is a full-time, onsite, permanent position.About you:We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of a role and learn the many facets of a large-scale events precinct.The role requires a person who is comfortable interacting with others, has a high level of attention to detail, and is comfortable with multitasking.
