The National Inbound Manager will drive operational excellence and KPI achievement, ensuring smooth Goods Receipt processes, high customer satisfaction, and the execution of cost-saving initiatives.Role DescriptionOperational Excellence : Lead and optimise all inbound import/export activities, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and internal policies.KPI Ownership : Take full ownership of operational KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of targets (e.g., Goods Receipt KPIs: D+5 for Sea, D+2 for Air). Provide weekly, monthly, and annual reporting and analysis.Trade Documentation & Compliance : Manage and verify trade documentation (invoices, packing lists, COOs, L/Cs), ensuring full compliance with global trade, customs, and shipping standards.Process Improvement & Cost Optimisation : Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and cost reduction. Lead the development and refinement of SOPs to enhance efficiency and performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure end-to-end alignment and efficiency across the inbound logistics chain.Customer Service & Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering high-quality support through timely updates, issue resolution, and proactive communication regarding shipments and Goods Receipt status.LSP Management : Oversee the performance of Local Service Providers by monitoring KPIs such as on-time delivery, accuracy, and service quality. Ensure alignment through clear communication and expectations.Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.
