These services are provided by two teams: City Workforce Services, which offers a broad range of HR generalist support across the employee lifecycle and is embedded within the business, and the HR Business Partner Team, which provides professional advisory and consultancy services to achieve people management objectives. About Your New RoleWhether you are starting your HR career or are an experienced HR Business Partner, we have opportunities available! Suitable applicants may be placed in a talent pool for current and future HR roles across various classifications and specializations. Our City Workforce Officers (Level 5) provide frontline HR generalist advice across the employee lifecycle, supporting local workforce planning, and collaborating with functions like Learning and Development, Recruitment, Payroll, and HR Operations. Our Senior HR Business Partners (Level 7) offer high-level support, advice, and coaching to leaders and employees, helping resolve people matters and develop leadership capability. They also provide expertise in employee engagement, wellbeing, workforce planning, change management, and performance management. Refer to the attached position brief for details.
