If so, this is your opportunity to lead challenging and rewarding CI initiatives and to share the future of our business!We are seeking Senior Continuous Improvement Specialists, based in Osborne South Australia (SA) or Henderson Western Australia (WA). You will be accountable for delivering complex Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and supporting the management and evolution of ASCs CI function across the business. You will enhance the CI capability of ASC team members through expert analysis, support, consultation, and training services.Responsibilities:Facilitate across the full CI lifecycle: identification, prioritisation, planning, development, execution, change management, and close.Lead cross-functional teams, applying your deep expertise to the development, implementation, and measurement of CI projects through structured project planning and stakeholder coordination leading to sustainable outcomes.Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and business growth through Kaizen workshops, data analysis and cross functional project teams.Utilising problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC, PDCA, 5 Whys and Fishbone Analysis to solve operational challenges.Train, mentor, and support teams in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Certified Six Sigma Black Belt - highly desirable).Support and maintain ASCs Continuous Improvement (CI) framework and systems.Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing innovative ideas to improve business processes.About You:Minimum 7 years experience in a complex project environment at a CI specialist level or equivalent.Tertiary qualifications in engineering, operations, project management, change management, or related discipline.Experience in the defence, aerospace, mining sectors is highly desirable.Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Ability to analyse complex business challenges and provide actionable solutions to business process problems.Influencer and CI Mindset Change Agent - Promote a culture of CI across the organisation.Demonstrated expertise in data analysis tools like Excel, PowerBI, Visio, and Minitab.This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a NV1 level.
