Queensland Shared Services is recruiting permanent Team Leaders in Payroll Services in our Brisbane and Townsville locations. Backfilling/temporary roles in Rockhampton, Townsville and Brisbane, for various periods, may also be filled through this selection process.There are multiple positions available with multiple work status in multiple locations across Queensland.Please advise on your application your preference of work location and position status.In this role, we need your knowledge and experience in payroll service delivery to:Lead a functional team to deliver best practice'' human resource, payroll, and establishment services to customer agencies, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with legislative and regulatory standards.Develop and implement operational team procedures and performance measures to achieve strategic objectives while adhering to established service level agreements and budget constraints.Develop and manage team workflow delegation methods to optimise performance, monitor workflow volumes, maintain internal controls, and ensure high standards of accuracy and efficiency.Please see our role description for further requirements of this critical role.Applications to remain current for 12 months.Occupational group HR & Industrial Relations #J-18808-Ljbffr
